Inclusive Post-Secondary Education (IPSE)

We provide individualized educational support to help students succeed in their academic journey, including study strategies, assignment planning, organizational skills, classroom support, learning technologies, goal setting, and self-advocacy within the educational environment.

We support students in becoming active members of their campus and community by promoting social engagement, peer relationships, participation in student clubs and campus activities, community recreation, volunteer opportunities, and the development of meaningful connections.

​Our team helps students develop practical life skills that promote confidence and independence, including time management, budgeting, personal organization, decision-making, communication, problem-solving, healthy living, transportation, and daily living skills.

​We prepare students for meaningful employment through career exploration, job readiness coaching, résumé development, interview preparation, workplace communication skills, volunteer placements, and connections with inclusive employers.

​Working closely with students, families, guardians, educational institutions, and community partners, we develop individualized support plans, monitor progress, coordinate services, and ensure each student's goals, strengths, and aspirations remain at the centre of their educational journey.

We assist students throughout every stage of their educational journey, including the transition into post-secondary education, ongoing academic and personal support, access to community resources, graduation planning, and preparation for independent living, further education, or employment.
