Bridge to Care is a Not for Profit Healthcare Organization  which is actively involved in service activities that includes healthcare and community support services in Canada.

 

Bridge to Care team has a long and vibrant history of providing community health and support services to people of all ages and cultural backgrounds when, where and how they want it.

Praise Abraham is the Founder Director of Bridge to Care Inc. who is also involved with the activities of New Hope Missions in Canada along with  it's Board of Directors Albert Letourneau, Darlene and Michael Hilman. NHM primarily supports third world nations with Medical, Children Education and Women Empowerment Programs. NHM is growing and is supporting over 1500 people in rural areas.
