Bridge to Care is a not for profit organization disability service provider that facilitate Social Integration and Community Participation for individuals with disabilities.

We would like to formally invite you to the Grand Opening of our Corporate Office! We recently moved from Spruce Grove, back to where we originally were founded in Stony Plain, Alberta. We are thrilled and greatly looking forward to sharing this new space with fellow warriors in the Human Services Field, as well as community members and their families! Join us for a blessing of our new space that we now call home, a delicious meal, games, activities and loads of wholesome fun. With guest speakers, activities for all ages and all of our corporate staff available to explain our programs and answer questions, it's sure to be a wonderful experience for all who attend!
